It came so well packaged it was actually quite unbelievable. Not a scratch or dent on it because it was wrapped with about 4 layers of cardboard boxes. It also came just about fully assembled, which is obviously great. The only thing I had to do was peel some plastic off the glass and turn the knobs from inside out. They did that so that they didn't break off. I did have some issues with the purchase but the product itself was 5 stars no doubt. It looks fantastic and is everything I was hoping for. However, As the description may lead you to believe, this item does NOT come with the media towers. I was pretty disappointed and now I have to purchase the towers which is pretty expensive. Home and Living (seller) has been great about it and has done everything they can. They stated that Amazon is in control of the description there but is willing to honor it as much as they can. I do thing Amazon is a bit in the wrong here. Overall I am very pleased with the TV stand, but I'm still working with Amazon and the vendor to get this thing figured out. See all 1 customer reviews...
